In 2006 DCMA started training deaf missionaries/pastors to reach the 400 000 deaf in South Africa, using Veritas accredited training. The deaf are an unreached group in South Africa.
In March 2009 four deaf students received their Advanced Diplomas from Veritas College International (see photo below). And in November 2009, two of them were ordained as pastors in the Dutch Reformed Church (DRC) and two in the Apostolic Faith Mission (AFM).
